They were great. Our family car was making a strange noise, especially when driving on a Bumpy road. They figured out what it was, ordered the part and had it fixed and back to us the next day. Im not well versed in cars and repair costs but it seemed like a fair price to me. The receptionist was exceptional, very friendly. Overall I will be happy to bring our car to them in the future for any needed repairs.

As always, the staff was very professional & was able to determine my van's problem very quickly. They handled everything quickly & professionally. They are also a very nice group of people.

I had an amazing experience here. The young lady at the front desk was incredibly kind and welcoming every single time I came in—honestly one of the nicest people I’ve ever encountered in a workplace. I ended up coming back several times in the same week, and the service was consistently great. The mechanics walked me through everything step-by-step and made sure I understood what was going on with my car. They were professional and genuinely helpful, and the first time they even didn’t want to charge me—I ended up leaving a tip because I really appreciated it. I forgot the second time I went back last week, so I definitely need to stop by and leave them a tip. My car came back fixed and running great, and the overall kindness and energy from the whole team really stood out. This has definitely become my go-to place for any car issues, and I highly recommend them.

I was traveling from the Pittsburgh area to the Wilmington NC area last week when my “check engine” light came on about twelve miles from Greensboro. I spent the night in Greensboro and stopped at R&B the next morning. They were awesome! They ran the diagnostics to see why the light came on. It turned out I needed a solenoid for my Subaru transmission. They did not have one on hand. The owner called the Subaru dealership and found out that my transmission was under an extended warranty (up to 100,000 miles. I had 95k). He assured me that it would be safe to drive the remaining three hours to my intended destination. He also printed out and gave me the diagnostic findings. And I was able to get it fixed while visiting my parents. I would recommend them to anyone. Very friendly and knowledgeable. If I lived closer I would take my car there for all my auto needs.

I’m editing this review like 2 years later because I wanted to leave them a 5 star review after another round of banger service. Love these people — When another shop was trying as hard as they could to rush me into approving a $1k brake pad service same-day, I knew I should got a second opinion from Bill. Not only did he let me know I had a good few months left on my brakes and didn’t NEED service today, he gave me a quote that was nearly half as much as the other place. I will highly recommend R & B to anyone in need of servicing moving forward. Real stand-up crew here!
